Welcome to the Out Of Our Minds Podcast membership, hosted via Supporting Cast (“Service”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the rules and expectations for your use of our membership content and community. By purchasing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Who We Are
The Service is operated by OOOM MEDIA (“we,” “us,” “our”), the creators of Out Of Our Minds Podcast. The membership is provided through the Supporting Cast platform.
2. Membership Access
Membership grants you access to exclusive podcast content and other benefits as described in the tier at the time of purchase.
Your membership is personal and non-transferable. Please do not share your login or content with non-members.
Access continues for the duration of your subscription period. At the end of that period, access will end unless you renew.
3. Payments & Renewals
All payments are handled securely through Supporting Cast or its payment processor.
Your membership may renew automatically based on the plan you select, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Prices may change in the future, but you’ll be notified in advance and given the choice to continue or cancel.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel at any time through your Supporting Cast account settings.
We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, except where required by law.
5. Content Usage
All content provided (audio, video, written, or otherwise) is the intellectual property of OOOM MEDIA unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, distribute, resell, or publicly share membership content without written permission.
6. Community Guidelines
If the Service includes interactive features (comments, Q&A, live calls), you agree to:
Be respectful and considerate toward others.
Avoid sharing hateful, abusive, or harassing content.
Avoid self-promotion, spam, or solicitation unrelated to the community’s purpose.
We reserve the right to remove anyone who violates these guidelines.

We make no guarantees of specific results from participation.
8. Limitation of Liability
